Born and lives in Belgium
After studying music, theatre and later art at the Royal Academy
of Fine Arts, Antwerp, he considered himself as autodidact, because
from the start he always developed his own techniques with very
different materials as ink, fire, soot, rain, parts of plants,
moss,...
Today he mainly uses digital photography and other digital media.
In that way he makes his work as a painter without paint.
In 1992 he was selected for the Young Belgian Painter Award,
Brussels, which is the most important award in Belgium. He exhibited
in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy.
He also was curator and co-curator of a number of art projects.
